Oransur

Oransur is a high-CBD cannabis cultivation enterprise located in Uruguay. Oransur holds a license to grow cannabis on up to 150 acres of land and is currently sowing its second outdoor cannabis crop in Uruguay. In Uruguay, licensed cannabis producers are allowed to grow cannabis with a THC content of up to 1%, without restrictions on other cannabinoids such as CBD and CBG. Oransur has built a 2,000-square-foot greenhouse for the propagation and germination of approximately 6,000 high-CBD seedlings. To date, the company has observed germination rates for these seedlings ranging between 80-97%.Oransur began transplanting seedlings onto approximately 3 acres of land during the week of November 25, 2019. The team also anticipates planting an additional 10 acres this week using low-density and high-density planting methods, utilizing genetics sourced from the EU. The EU genetics include Futura 75 and Fedora 17.
