NurseToken is a 21st-century solution to address an ongoing but growing 20th-century problem: the epic and crisis-level proportions of the global nursing shortage. We are discussing the overall supply and demand issue of human resources in healthcare, as we transition globally toward a universally shared economy scenario with more widespread real-time allocation or supply-demand matching. Currently, most business processes related to nurse onboarding or registration are largely manual or consist of a mix of manual and automated workflows. The healthcare industry faces the challenge of moving data across different, isolated silos and associated systems.
