CareChain is built on the foundation of blockchain infrastructure and personal data management. Blockchain technology derives from how it can coordinate large-scale collaboration within an open ecosystem. To minimize coordination, they propose establishing a national consortium within the Swedish ecosystem to first address regulatory challenges in local emergency situations.
