Basic Information
Zelluna Immunotherapy AS is a Norwegian private biopharmaceutical company established in 2016, dedicated to the development of TCR-based immunotherapies. Zelluna’s goal is to revolutionize cancer therapy by developing TCR-based treatments with the potential to address various types of cancer and benefit a wide range of patients. Zelluna's core assets consist of a diverse array of TCRs, which were isolated from peptide-based cancer vaccine trials conducted by researchers at the Norwegian Radium Hospital/Oslo University Hospital, initiated by Professor Gustav Gaudernack, where patients demonstrated long-term survival. Currently, the company has multiple TCRs at various stages of development. Zelluna is a member of Oslo Cancer Cluster (a Norwegian center of expertise), an organization comprising Norwegian and international stakeholders in cancer research and development. Members of Oslo Cancer Cluster include participants from the biotechnology industry, government, patient organizations, research institutions, and hospitals. Zelluna is located within the Oslo Cancer Cluster Innovation Park, adjacent to the Norwegian Radium Hospital/Oslo University Hospital, the Department of Cell Therapy, and one of Europe’s largest academically certified GMP facilities for cell products.
