StrideBio, LLC is a gene therapy company dedicated to developing novel Adeno-Associated Virus (AAV) vector technologies and therapies for rare diseases. Our STRucture-Inspired DEsign approach has the potential to generate unique AAV capsids capable of overcoming existing neutralizing antibody challenges and enhancing gene transfer efficiency in patients. This powerful new method has broad applications, enabling gene addition, gene silencing, and gene editing for a variety of diseases, including rare genetic disorders.
