ELT Sight

ELT Sight, located in Los Angeles, Germany, and Munich, is dedicated to effective, safe, and long-term minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. It utilizes the most advanced ELT (Excimer Laser Trabeculotomy) method, a minimally invasive procedure first used in 1997 to reduce intraocular pressure (IOP) in glaucoma patients, and it is completely free of implants. Multiple European studies have shown that the product can consistently lower IOP and reduce medication usage. The product received the CE mark in 2014, and according to the regulatory-approved ExTra ELT pathway, clinical trials in the United States are expected to begin in 2020.
