Bioeq IP AG is a biopharmaceutical joint venture co-founded by the Polish pharmaceutical company Polpharma and the Strüngmann family's investment firm based in Zurich, Switzerland. Bioeq IP AG licenses, develops, and commercializes biosimilar products, which are biologic follow-on products of successful biopharmaceuticals. FYB201 is currently Bioeq's most advanced biosimilar program, and in the COLUMBUS-AMD trial, FYB201 has demonstrated comparable efficacy to its reference drug Lucentis® in patients with neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD).
