Orasis Pharmaceuticals is an emerging ophthalmic pharmaceutical company developing a corrective eye drop for the treatment of presbyopia as an alternative to reading glasses. Presbyopia, the inability to focus on close objects, typically occurs after the age of 40 and affects more than 1.8 billion people worldwide. Our product is an eye drop currently in Phase 3 clinical trials, designed to improve the quality of life for individuals with presbyopia by serving as an alternative to reading glasses. By repurposing existing and well-researched molecules, our optimal formulation aims to achieve the right balance of efficacy, safety, and comfort.
