Gelonghui December 10 | AstraZeneca and Daiichi Sankyo announced that the U.S. FDA has granted Breakthrough Therapy Designation (BTD) to their Trop2-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) for the treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic epidermal growth factor receptor-mutated (EGFRm) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose disease has progressed after receiving EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI) and platinum-based chemotherapy.
