This is a new generation of highly selective DPP-4 inhibitor, suitable for improving glycemic control in adult patients with type 2 diabetes.

Innovent Bio's PD-1 Inhibitor Sintilimab and Hutchmed's VEGFR Inhibitor Fruquintinib Combination Therapy Receives Approval for Marketing ApplicationAccording to the priority review announcement by the NMPA Center for Drug Evaluation, the approved indication for this combination therapy is: advanced mismatch repair-proficient (pMMR) or non-microsatellite instability-high (non-MSI-H) endometrial cancer that has progressed after prior systemic anti-tumor treatment and is not suitable for curative surgery or curative radiotherapy.

DualityBio Therapeutics and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) have reached an exclusive licensing agreement for an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), DB-1324. GSK has obtained exclusive rights globally (excluding mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao) to advance research, development, and commercialization. GSK will pay a $30 million upfront fee, and if the license option is exercised, DualityBio Therapeutics could receive up to $975 million in option exercise fees and milestone payments.
