Novartis to Shut Down MorphoSys Facilities in Germany and the U.S.

Gelonghui December 19 | According to Reuters, Swiss pharmaceutical group Novartis said on Thursday that it would close the factories of German biotech company MorphoSys, which it acquired earlier this year, in Germany and the United States, affecting about 330 positions. A company spokesperson stated that the plan is to exit the Munich and Boston facilities by the end of 2025 and integrate all portfolio activities into Novartis.
