Recently, AusperBio (Ausper Biopharma Co., Ltd. and AusperBio Therapeutics Inc.) announced the completion of a $73 million Series B financing round. This round was led by Shanghai Hankang Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., with participation from Sherpa Healthcare Partners, CDH VGC, and a globally renowned industry investment institution. Additionally, previous investors Qiming Venture Partners, InnoPinnacle Fund, and YuanBio Venture Capital also contributed further investments.
The proceeds of this round of financing will be mainly used to advance the clinical trials of AHB-137, a core small nucleic acid innovative drug, in China and internationally, as well as the preparations for its early commercialization. In addition, the funds will also support the expansion of the company's new R&D pipeline and the continuous development and construction of the team.
