AI Small Molecule New Drug Developer

On March 6-7, 2025, the NDC2025·Yangtze River Delta New Drug Innovators Summit, hosted by PharmaCircle, will be held in Shanghai! This conference will focus on cutting-edge R&D achievements, hot topics, and popular fields in the biopharmaceutical industry, while also exploring bottleneck issues in the R&D process. Relying on the guest accumulation from the previous eight conferences and PharmaCircle's million-level traffic, the summit is committed to building a platform for exchange and cooperation across the entire industry chain. The conference will pay close attention to areas such as antibody drugs, nucleic acid drugs, small molecule innovative drugs, and conjugated drugs, with in-depth discussions on key issues including early drug development, non-clinical research, process development and production, CMC, and commercialization.
This meeting is honored to invite Dr. Li Xing, CEO of LexBio, to give us a keynote speech 【Practice of AI in Efficient Discovery of Clinical Candidate Drugs】

As a member of NVIDIA’s Inception Program, LexBio has developed unique advantages in the field of innovative drug discovery through continuous innovation and practice. Its AI platform, centered on deep learning, integrates advanced machine learning algorithms with high-performance computing environments to provide digital solutions for predictive modeling and molecular generation. The effectiveness of this platform has been repeatedly validated in real-world project implementations. With the strong support of cutting-edge technology, our R&D pipeline covers disease areas such as oncology, inflammation and immunology, and CNS. Two projects have entered IND-enabling studies, focusing on addressing drug resistance challenges in various solid tumors that currently lack effective treatments. These projects have demonstrated superior results over reference compounds in cellular assays, animal efficacy studies, and ADME experiments. As a result, a compound invention patent has been granted. Welcome to communicate and explore win-win cooperation.
Dr. Xing Li has over two decades of experience working in MNCs, including 16 years at Pfizer in the United States, where she invented multiple clinical compounds and mentored postdoctoral researchers. She previously served as the Executive Director of AI R&D at WuXi AppTec (Boston), building a team from scratch, establishing platforms, and leading research projects. She has published more than 100 scientific papers and international patents, holds over 30 authorized U.S. patents, and has authored two books. Dr. Xing Li earned her Ph.D. in Polymer Science from the University of Akron and a dual bachelor’s degree in Solid State Physics and Computer Science from Tsinghua University. LexBio's proprietary deep learning technology platform is dedicated to new drug screening, generation, and optimization, overcoming industry barriers such as clinical drug resistance and difficult drug development. Multiple differentiated innovative projects have entered the IND application stage.
