Top 50 Biotech Innovation Enterprises of the 7th Edition – Signet Therapeutics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. ("Signet Therapeutics" for short) recently announced that the company has secured over 70 million RMB in Pre-A round financing and project funding.This round of financing will be used to support the Phase I clinical trial of the first pipeline, SIGX1094, and to accelerate the IND application process for the second pipeline. In addition, the company will further optimize and upgrade its organoid disease model platform to empower a broader range of new drug development needs.
SIGNET is the first company in China to develop innovative targeted cancer drugs based on organoid disease models + AI. The company currently has four drug pipelines, with the first pipeline developing SIGX1094, the world's first targeted drug for diffuse gastric cancer. It has successively obtained IND approval from the U.S. FDA and China NMPA, and received orphan drug designation from the U.S. FDA. It has now entered Phase I clinical trials.
