About RiDYMO® High-Quality Hit Discovery and Optimization Platform
RiDYMO® is a high-quality Hit discovery and optimization platform developed by DP Technology based on Al for Science. Relying on the independently developed Hermite® computational drug design software, it aims to unlock the kinetic mechanisms of difficult-to-drug targets through innovative artificial intelligence, physical algorithms, and high-throughput experiments, exploring a broader chemical space of small molecules, macrocyclic molecules, and cyclic peptide molecules. The platform has unique advantages in the design of orally available macrocyclic molecules, and when combined with parallel synthesis, it can rapidly deliver innovative drug candidate compounds. One of its core algorithms, Reinforced Dynamics (RiD), achieves nearly a hundredfold improvement in molecular simulation sampling efficiency. By fully leveraging the high-dimensional representation capabilities of neural networks, RiD can effectively capture dynamic conformational changes in complex biomolecular systems. RiDYMO® has been successfully applied to multiple projects, including the design of c-Myc small molecules, GPX4 small molecules, and β-catenin cyclic peptides, fully demonstrating its powerful potential in innovative drug discovery.
