Through this agreement, Johnson & Johnson will acquire CAPLYTA® (lumateperone) from Intra-Cellular Therapies, a once-daily oral treatment approved for the treatment of adult schizophrenia, as well as depressive episodes associated with bipolar I or II disorder, either as monotherapy or in combination with lithium or valproate.
