Hansoh Pharmaceutical (03692.HK) Appoints Huang Huanqi as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative and Process Agent

Hansoh Pharma (03692) announced that Tan Sihui has resigned from her position as the company's joint company secretary, and will no longer serve as the authorized representative or legal process agent due to personal work arrangements, effective January 24, 2025.

Effective the same day, Huang Huanqi has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Agent for Legal Proceedings.
