Merck to Temporarily Halt Supply of Gardasil HPV Vaccine in China

Gelonghui February 5 | MSD announced the suspension of Gardasil HPV vaccine supplies to China, a halt expected to last at least until mid-year. According to MSD's latest earnings report, the company’s Q4 revenue reached $15.6 billion, a 7% increase year-over-year. However, Gardasil sales fell by 17% to $1.55 billion, which MSD attributed primarily to reduced demand in China.
