Private placement is not easy.
On February 11, Huahai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. announced that it would adjust the scale of funds raised from a private placement of shares, reducing it from no more than 1.21 billion yuan (inclusive) to no more than 600 million yuan (inclusive). The proposed amount of funds for the projects has also been adjusted accordingly.
