Xiangyu Medical Reports 2024 Net Profit of RMB 103 Million, Down 54.44% Year-over-Year

Sunnyou (688626.SH) disclosed its 2024 annual earnings快报, reporting operating revenue of 744 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.17%; net profit attributable to the parent company's owners of 103 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 54.44%; and net profit attributable to the parent company's owners excluding non-recurring gains and losses of 90.4665 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 55.66%.

During the reporting period, the company's operating revenue remained basically the same as the previous year. Meanwhile, the company continued to introduce high-end rehabilitation technology talents from various regions, and the number of R&D personnel increased significantly, leading to an increase in their salaries and related expenses. Additionally, the company’s construction projects were gradually put into use, resulting in increased depreciation and amortization compared to the previous year. These factors caused a decline in the net profit attributable to the parent company's owners and the net profit attributable to the parent company's owners after deducting non-recurring gains and losses.
