On February 25, Ruoyuchen announced that shareholder Lang姿 Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4,768,100 shares, representing 3% of the total share capital, through block trading or competitive bidding between March 19, 2025, and June 18, 2025.
