AstraZeneca will pay Alteogen an upfront payment and additional payments upon achieving specific development, regulatory, and sales-related milestones. In addition, Alteogen will also receive royalties on the sales of commercialized products.Subcutaneous formulations have many potential advantages, including time savings for patients, clinical staff, and health systems due to shorter administration times.ALT-B4 is a novel hyaluronidase developed by Alteogen using its Hybrozyme™ platform technology.
