Conference Overview
March 14-15, 2025, "Youth Intervention Physicians Exchange Conference of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Shanxi-Shandong and Qingdao Youth Intervention Forum”Successfully Held in Qingdao, Shandong。

This symposium was hosted by Shandong Biomedical Engineering Society and Qingdao Health Science and Technology Agreement, jointly organized by Tianjin Third Central Hospital and The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University, and co-organized by Peking University First Hospital, The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University, Shanxi Provincial People's Hospital, Weihai Municipal Hospital, among other hospitals. The conference featured multiple sessions including TACE for liver cancer, comprehensive treatment of liver cancer, TIPS sub-shunt and embolization, technical crossover and comprehensive treatment, tissue adhesive special session, and comprehensive interventional radiology. Talented young professionals from all over China gathered to share and exchange the latest research findings and clinical experiences through keynote lectures, live demonstrations, group discussions, and other diverse formats, offering us a splendid academic feast.

Cardiolink ScienceFull Stack TechnologyAs the core support, based on therapy reading,Accurate Embolization (AET) Matrix Full-process Surgical Instrument SolutionAndPrecision Pan-Vascular Intervention Comprehensive Solution, promoting the continuous development of vascular interventional therapy towards precision. The company actively participated in this exchange conference, setting up booths during the event to showcase the full-process matrix products for precise embolization, engaging in in-depth discussions with clinicians on device application techniques, and exploring the development trends of devices under the demand for precise embolization.

Practical Workshop & Product Display
The demonstration of medical-engineering exchange is an important practice to promote the deep integration of medicine and engineering technology. Through in-depth dialogue between clinical experts and engineering technology teams, clinical needs can be accurately transformed into technical research directions, while cutting-edge engineering technology can provide solutions for upgrading diagnostic and treatment methods. During this conference, an innovative hands-on workshop & product demonstration session was held. Experts present and major medical device manufacturers participated together, demonstrating operations on-site, analyzing product features in detail based on clinical practice, experiencing product performance, and understanding key usage points.

Cardiolink Science participated in this session with a precise embolization matrix-based whole-process solution, demonstrating on-site the shaping of microcatheters and microguidewires, as well as the high dilution ratio of drug-loaded microspheres.

High-performance microcatheters are of great significance for quickly completing ultra-ultra-selective cannulation and establishing treatment pathways. Based on the development of TACE technology and clinical needs, Cardiolink Science has launched five different microcatheter products: Zhi Jiao - China's first TACE-dedicated microcatheter, Rui Jiao - second-generation upgraded peripheral microcatheter, Zhi Hong - high-flow microcatheter, Zhi Peng - all-purpose microcatheter, and Zhi Yu - ultra-ultra-selective microcatheter. These microcatheters cover specifications ranging from 1.6F to 2.7F, with a variety of tip shapes, a wide range of selectable lengths, and rich product configurations, forming a matrix-style product portfolio that provides a wide array of microcatheter options for various embolization interventional procedures in clinical practice.Director Zhang Wei of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao UniversityCombined with rich clinical experience, the skills of using microcatheters were analyzed, and the features and operational key points of different products were explained on-site. The live demonstration showed that the Cardiolink Science series microcatheters have excellent torque control, trackability, and shapeability.

Embolic microspheres are a new type of embolic agent that has gradually emerged in recent years. Among them, drug-eluting microspheres TACE (DEB-TACE), with drug-loaded embolic microspheres as the main embolic agent, have gradually become another important TACE treatment method beyond cTACE. Cardiolink Science researchers simulated the cell structure in the biological world and constructed unique precise "bionic core-shell" embolic microspheres (Accurate Nuclear-shell Spheres, ANS) through "GCL gradient cross-linking" and "IPN molecular reticular interpenetration" technologies, launching Zhiyuan.®(WizSphere®)&Ruiyuan® (DiaSphere®)&Yue Yuan® (MonoSphere®)。Unique Structure EmpowersRui Yuan®&Yue Yuan®Excellent mechanical properties, good suspension, superior drug-loading performance, and long-lasting sustained drug release capability. The product has been clinically validated through RCT, laying a solid foundation for clinical application. This demonstration session,Director Jia Kefeng of the Third Central Hospital of Tianjin, Tianjin University Central HospitalIn-depth Analysis of the Key Points in Using Drug-loaded Microspheres and the Concept of High-fold Dilution. Teacher Dezhao Song from the same center simulated the intraoperative use of drug-loaded microspheres loaded with Idarubicin on-site, testing the drug-loading speed of different drug-loaded microspheres and observing the suspension ability of the microspheres in a high-fold dilution environment. Yueyuan®Precisely uniform particle size microspheres demonstrated rapid drug-loading capacity and excellent suspension in modal operations.
