Hansoh Pharma (03692) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2024. The group achieved revenue of RMB 12.261 billion (units the same below), representing a year-on-year increase of 21.35%; profit attributable to owners of the parent company was RMB 4.372 billion, a year-on-year increase of 33.39%; basic earnings per share were RMB 0.74. A final dividend of HKD 0.1353 per share is proposed.

Hansoh Pharma is a leading innovation-driven pharmaceutical company in China with the mission of "continuous innovation to improve the quality of human life". We focus on major disease treatment areas such as oncology, anti-infectives, central nervous system (CNS), metabolism and autoimmune diseases. The Company has launched seven innovative drugs, forming a rich product pipeline. For the year ended December 31, 2024, revenue from innovative drugs and collaboration products amounted to approximately RMB 9.477 billion, accounting for approximately 77.3% of total revenue, which has become the core driver for the sustainable growth of our performance.

The Company's revenue mainly comes from the sales of pharmaceuticals. The Company's main products are concentrated in the key therapeutic areas that this Group strategically focuses on, including anti-tumor, anti-infection, central nervous system, metabolism and other diseases. The increase in revenue, profit and basic earnings per share during the reporting period was mainly due to the increase in revenue from innovative drugs and collaborative products, attributable to the increase in sales of innovative drugs and collaboration income with GSK.
