On March 21, 2025, Hansoh Pharma (HK3692) released its full-year 2024 financial results. In 2024, the company's revenue reached RMB 12.261 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 21.3%. Revenue from innovative drugs and collaborative products amounted to RMB 9.477 billion, accounting for 77.3% of total revenue. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB 4.372 billion, marking a year-on-year increase of 33.4%. The company invested RMB 2.702 billion in R&D, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 28.8%, which accounted for 22.0% of total revenue.

Hansoh Pharma's Performance is Very Outstanding.

However, Hansoh Pharma, which originated in Lianyungang, Jiangsu, offers generally unremarkable treatment to most of its ordinary employees, including grassroots leaders. Meanwhile, the number of employees has been continuously decreasing: 10,523 at the end of 2022, 9,123 at the end of 2023, and 8,989 at the end of 2024.
