RiboBio Announces Completion of Patient Enrollment in Phase IIa Trial for RBD4059, the World’s First FXI-Targeting siRNA Antithrombotic Drug

Recently, Ribo Life Science announced that its globally pioneering and fastest-progressing siRNA drug RBD4059 targeting FXI has completed patient enrollment for the Phase IIa clinical trial, marking an important step forward for Ribo Life Science toward becoming a leader in FXI inhibitor development.

FXI Inhibitors Show Promise in Addressing Significant Unmet Clinical Needs in Current Antithrombotic Therapy. RBD4059 achieves its anticoagulant/antithrombotic effect by inhibiting FXI and blocking the activation of the intrinsic coagulation pathway. Compared with existing treatment options, FXI inhibition is expected to become a more effective antithrombotic therapy with a lower risk of bleeding.
