Technology Platform:GSK to Leverage ABL Bio's Blood-Brain Barrier (BBB) Shuttle Platform Grabody-B for Developing Innovative Drugs to Treat Neurodegenerative Diseases.
Drug Development: This agreement aims to develop multiple therapeutic modalities, including antibodies, polynucleotides or oligonucleotides (such as siRNA and ASO), targeting various pathways to address the significant unmet medical needs of patients with neurodegenerative diseases.
Division of Labor: ABL Bio is responsibleTransfer Grabody-B related technologies and proprietary technologies, with GSK leading preclinical development, manufacturing, and commercialization.

This collaboration will further solidify ABL Bio's leading position in the field of neurodegenerative diseases and expand the application scenarios of Grabody-B technology.

ABL Bio focuses on the development of the bispecific antibody platform "Grabody" and has 7 clinical pipelines (such as ABL301, ABL001, etc.) progressing in multiple countries including China, the U.S., and South Korea. Among them:
ABL001 (tovecimig): Granted FDA Fast Track Designation;
ABL111(givastomig):Collaboration with I-MabIn 2025, the Phase Ib data for the triple therapy combining nivolumab and chemotherapy will be released;
In addition, ABL Bio is continuously researching and developing several other candidate products, including early-stage research on bispecific antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
