The blood-brain barrier (BBB) is a protective barrier that restricts the entry of harmful substances and agents into the brain, and is considered a significant obstacle in the development of treatments for neurological disorders.
ABL Bio's Grabody-BPlatform TechnologyAiming to overcome the limitation of existing drugs that have difficulty crossing the blood-brain barrier, it targets the insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF1R) to promote drug penetration through the blood-brain barrier and enable effective delivery to the brain.
