Merck KGaA to Pay Hengrui PharmaEUR 15 million upfront payment, andAfter the product receives approval from the Chinese drug regulatory authority, Hengrui Pharma is eligible for certain milestone payments, whileMerck KGaA will pay Hengrui Pharma a double-digit percentage of actual annual net sales as royalties.
