Simulation R&D Platform Developer
Mabwell (688062.SH), an innovative biopharmaceutical company with a fully integrated industrial chain, and DP Technology jointly announced a strategic partnership. The two parties will leverage their respective strengths in biopharmaceutical R&D and artificial intelligence (AI) large model fields to jointly build a large model platform for biopharmaceutical R&D and establish a new paradigm for innovative drug development.
Mabwell has outstanding advantages in the construction of the ADC technology platform, discovery of single/dual antibody molecules and other fields, and has established a complete industrial chain for ADC drugs from R&D to production. Its self-developed IDDC™ platform and Mtoxin™ toxin technology have been validated in multiple projects. DP Technology, with its self-developed series of large life science models such as the Uni-Smart multimodal scientific literature large model, Uni-Mol molecular conformation large model, and Uni-Fold protein folding large model, has built a complete cognitive and computational system for the microscopic world. The two parties will cooperate in the following two directions:
1) Knowledge Engine Construction: Relying on the Uni-SMART multimodal scientific literature large model to build a biotech innovation drug research and development knowledge engine, achieving precise intelligent screening of scientific literature, identifying and extracting multimodal elements, and enabling comprehensive and in-depth analysis and interpretation. This constructs a rich and reliable target database, significantly improving research efficiency and accelerating the analysis and R&D process.
2) Innovative Target Exploration: The RiDYMO® high-quality Hit discovery and optimization platform can unlock the kinetic mechanisms of difficult-to-drug targets, exploring a broader molecular chemical space. Its core algorithm, the enhanced kinetic RiD, can increase molecular simulation sampling efficiency by nearly a hundred times, effectively capturing dynamic conformational changes in biomacromolecules. The collaboration will integrate Mabwell's ADC technology advantages with DP Technology's RiDYMO® platform strengths to jointly explore breakthrough innovative target mechanism research, accelerating drug molecule discovery from 0 to 1.
Mabwell Actively Promotes the Deep Integration of Biomedicine and AI Technology to Empower Innovative Drug Development. This collaboration will drive biopharmaceutical R&D from "experiment-driven" to "computation-driven," further enhancing R&D efficiency and bringing patients more effective and accessible biologic innovations to meet unmet clinical needs worldwide.
