The extravascular implantable cardiac defibrillation lead consists of a lead, a fixation sleeve, and an analyzer cable interface tool. The extravascular implantable cardiac defibrillation lead introducer consists of a substernal introducer and a subcutaneous introducer. The substernal introducer includes a handle, a stainless steel tunneling rod, and an external guide rod, while the subcutaneous introducer includes a handle and a tunneling rod.

The above two products are used in conjunction with an extravascular implantable cardioverter defibrillator to form an extravascular implantable cardioverter defibrillator system, which is placed under the sternum to provide automatic treatment for patients at significant risk of life-threatening ventricular tachycardia. The product features cardiac and extravascular anti-tachycardia pacing and bradycardia prevention pacing functions, reducing complications associated with transvenous leads and better meeting patients' clinical needs for 1.5T and 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging.
