DESTINY-Breast09 is aA global, multicenter, randomized, open-label Phase III clinical trial designed to evaluateEfficacy of Enhertu With or Without Pertuzumab Versus Taxane, Trastuzumab, and Pertuzumab for First-Line Treatment of HER2-Positive, Metastatic Breast Cancer.

The primary endpoint of the study isAssessed by independent central blinded review for the Enhertu monotherapy group and the Enhertu combination therapy groupPFSSecondary endpoints include investigator-assessed PFS, overall survival, objective response rate, duration of response, investigator-assessed time to second progression or death, patient-reported tolerance, pharmacokinetics, and safety.

The results of this interim analysis show,Enhertu in combination with pertuzumab as a first-line treatment for patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer, compared with taxanes, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab (THP) In comparison,In Progression-Free Survival (PFS) Showed highly statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvements in aspects。

Enhertu in combination with PertuzumabImprovement in PFS was observed across all predefined patient subgroups.
