RN1871 precisely inhibits the generation of the core precursor protein of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) by silencing the mRNA expression of AGT in the liver.RAAS SystemIs a key pathway in regulating blood pressure, and its overactivation is closely related to the progression of hypertension.
