These products cover various types such as small molecules, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), gene therapies, and cell therapies. The proposed indications include advanced solid tumors, type 1 diabetes, spinal cord injuries, as well as Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria.

Among them, Hansoh Pharma's Class 1 new drug HS-10529 tablets have been approved for clinical trials, intended for the treatment of advanced solid tumors (pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, etc.) with KRAS G12D mutations. According to the introduction in Hansoh Pharma's press release, this is a small molecule inhibitor targeting KRAS G12D developed by the company, featuring high selectivity. Preclinical efficacy trials have shown that HS-10529 exhibits good preclinical efficacy, pharmacokinetic properties, and safety.

In addition, Hansoh Pharma has two other Class 1 new drugs that have been approved for IND in China for the first time, but the specific mechanisms of action of these products cannot be found through public channels. They are: HS-20118 tablets, intended for the development to treat moderate to severe plaque psoriasis; and HS-10542 capsules, intended for the development to treat paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria.
