With a median follow-up of 9.9 months, as assessed by the investigators,The median PFS in the Tira + Atezo group was 7.0 months.Pbo + Atezo group: 5.6 months（HR 0.78；95% CI 0.63, 0.97；p=0.02）. In OS data,The median OS in the Tira + Atezo group was 23.1 months.Pbo + Atezo group: 16.9 months（HR 0.87；95% CI 0.71, 1.08；p=0.22）。
