As one of the first domestically produced mitral valve interventional devices to be launched in China, the NeoNova® system has achieved several core technological innovations, breaking international monopolies.The product is China's first "elastic self-locking" mitral valve clip. Its exclusive "rigid parameters" ensure the clip automatically adapts to the strength of the valve, minimizing the risk of leaflet tearing. Additionally, its "linear" design effectively reduces the risk of chordae entanglement and increases the probability of intraoperative chordae disentanglement. The extreme 180° bending capability of its bendable segment further enhances the operator’s ability, achieving a 43.1% implantation rate in complex anatomical structures such as A1P1/A3P3, significantly improving adaptability for complex cases. Moreover, the large 10mm clip has the potential to resolve prolapses over 15mm with a single clip. Reducing the number of clips implanted in extensive prolapse lesions can effectively shorten operation time. Elastic locking provides better leaflet protection and effective control of the orifice area.
