The total value of this transaction is up to$4.15 billion, including undisclosed upfront payments, potential discovery, development and commercialization milestone payments, as well as royalties.
Under the terms of the agreement, Alchemab will be responsible for the early Phase I clinical trial of the project, after which Eli Lilly will lead all further development and commercialization efforts.
