Shanghai Heartwise Medical-B (06609.HK) Proposes Adoption of 2025 H-Share Incentive Plan

HeartCare (06609) announced that the board has resolved to propose the adoption of the company's 2025 H-share Incentive Plan. The 2025 H-share Incentive Plan includes H-share awards.

The purpose of the 2025 H-share Incentive Plan is to: attract and retain qualified participants who make significant contributions to the long-term growth and success of the Group, recognize and reward qualified participants who have contributed to the Group in the past; encourage qualified participants to further contribute to the company and strive to enhance the value of the company and its shares for the overall benefit of the company and its shareholders; strengthen the company’s long-term compensation incentive strategy; align the interests of qualified participants with those of the company and its shareholders to promote the Group's long-term performance in financial, business, and operational aspects.
