Chris's career began at Medtronic (1994-2015), during his 21-year tenure,Medtronic is in a period of rapid expansion. He has held key positions across multiple business units and functional departments, including senior leadership roles in the Cardiovascular and Diabetes divisions, before being promoted to Executive Vice President and President of the Restorative Therapies Group, serving as a member of Medtronic’s Executive Committee for nine years.
Thereafter, Chris served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Waters Corporation (2015-2021), leading the company to achieve strong business growth and a rise in stock price over a term of more than five years.
Currently,Chris serves as an independent director for several innovative growth companies in the medical device, life sciences, and diagnostics fields, and is involved in the work of multiple non-profit organizations.
