NeoBiome® is Xbiome's proprietary probiotic brand. The "Light Body Bacteria" multi-strain lactic acid bacteria product utilizes Xbiome's self-developed patented functional strain: Lactobacillus salivarius XA-1416.The latter is an innovative functional strain that can help improve obesity issues. It originates from the gut of healthy Chinese adults and is one of Xbiome's self-developed star strains. Based on a pharmaceutical-grade R&D platform, Xbiome has conducted mechanism studies around XA-1416, including regulating the ratio of obesity-prone to lean-prone bacteria, promoting cholesterol breakdown and excretion, inhibiting fat cell accumulation and differentiation, and increasing GLP-1 and PP hormone levels.
