Innovation Builds Foundation, Creating Full-Chain Advantages
Abogen has long been deeply engaged in scientific research, independently developing several key technologies that cover various aspects such as mRNA design and modification, LNP delivery, innovative formulation development, and large-scale production, spanning the entire mRNA pharmaceutical process.
The Phase I clinical trials launched this time for ABO1105 and ABO1108 both adoptedAbogen's proprietary base modification technology capable of breaking through Nobel Prize-level patents, andProprietary Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) Delivery System, the core components of the system areThe only ionizable lipid in China that has undergone large-scale Phase III clinical validation and possesses independent intellectual property rights, which has currently obtained patent authorization in multiple major countries including China, the United States, Australia, and Europe.
Both also adoptedAbogen's Mature Freeze-Dried Formulation Process, which can be stably stored at 2-8℃.More than 2 years, with goodStability, storage convenience, and accessibility`, is expected to provide a safer and more effective vaccine solution for the prevention of RSV and VZV infections.`
In addition, the two rely onAbogen's proprietary protein structure and RNA sequence design platform, throughOptimization of Protein Structure through Mutation Site Combinations, through codon optimization and UTR screening, the immunogenicity and drugability of the mRNA sequence are enhanced, and the product has independent intellectual property rights.
