AusperBio (Ausper Biopharma Co., Ltd. and AusperBio Therapeutics Inc.), a clinical-stage innovative drug research and development company, focuses on developing self-innovative targeted delivery small nucleic acid drugs, committed to achieving the goal of clinical cure for chronic hepatitis B.The company announced today the completion of a US$50 million Series B+ financing round.This round of financing was led by a globally renowned industry investment institution, with follow-up investments from Qiming Venture Partners, CDH VGC, Genesis Capital, Origin Capital, Hancong Capital, and Sherpa Healthcare Partners.

 

This round of financing closely follows the company's Series B financing completed in December 2024, demonstrating investors' strong confidence in AusperBio's leading products, proprietary technology platform, and strategic direction. The funds raised will primarily be used to support the ongoing clinical development of its innovative antisense oligonucleotide drug AHB-137 for the functional cure of chronic hepatitis B (CHB), including the planned Phase II clinical trials to be conducted outside mainland China. Additionally, the funds will be utilized to expand commercial production partnerships and advance the expansion of the product pipeline to support the company’s long-term growth.
