Juvena Therapeutics Announces Strategic Collaboration with Eli Lilly to Develop and Commercialize Novel Muscle Health Therapeutics

Intelligent Finance APP learned that Juvena Therapeutics announced a collaboration with Eli Lilly (LLY.US) to develop and launch a new candidate drug aimed at enhancing muscle health in the global market.

According to the agreement, Juvena will receive an upfront payment, equity investment, and additional milestone payments based on R&D and commercialization progress.

As part of the agreement, Juvena will grant Eli Lilly exclusive rights to the lead candidate drug, and Eli Lilly will be responsible for further research, development, and commercialization.
