YJH-012 Injection is a novel siRNA drug jointly developed by the company and Youjia (Hangzhou) Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. Unlike traditional drugs that inhibit enzyme activity to block uric acid synthesis, YJH-012 Injection employs small interfering RNA (siRNA) technology, which is expected to achieve a breakthrough mechanism for long-term suppression of uric acid production at the genetic level. It features long-lasting effects with a single injection and superior safety potential. The indication for which YJH-012 Injection has applied to conduct clinical trials is gout. As of the date of this announcement, the cumulative direct R&D expenses invested in YJH-012 Injection amount to approximately RMB 25.7386 million.
