Former United Nations Deputy Secretary-General Kim Won-soo pointed out in his speech that, according to the latest assessment by the United Nations Development Programme, artificial intelligence has become a powerful accelerator for sustainable development. He emphasized that we must remain clear-headed, as the true impact of technology depends on how we choose to use it. Sina Finance CEO Deng Qingxu elaborated on the opportunities and challenges of the AI era from the perspective of entrepreneurship, stating that the entrepreneurial spirit in the AI age is not about being tamed by algorithms but learning to "tame" algorithms, becoming a "Chief Humanity Officer" who uses data to create unique value. CEO of BGI Group, Yin Ye, noted that science has entered the "Fifth Paradigm" era, where AI is no longer just a tool for scientific research—“AI itself is now science.” The fact that the 2024 Nobel Prize in Physics and Chemistry were awarded to machine learning and protein-folding software respectively serves as the best proof.

As one of the key topics of this year's Davos Forum, the thematic forum "Unlocking the Brain Economy" has attracted significant attention. He Xiyujin, as a professional representative in the field of brain science, deeply participated in relevant discussions and exchanged insights on the "brain economy" with international peers.

Hilal Ahmed Lashuel, Executive Director of Research, Development, and Innovation at the Qatar Foundation, emphasized the importance of brain capital in the AI era, proposed a preventive precision medicine concept, and advocated for using digital technology to deliver health solutions directly to individuals. Wang Xiaoqin, Professor and Director of the Center for Brain and Intelligence Research at Tsinghua University, elaborated on the value of integrating technology with art to promote brain health from the perspective of technical infrastructure, emphasizing that neuroscientists should focus on improving lives. Chang Dong-Seon, founder of the Korea Future Explorers Association, discussed the unique capabilities and core role humans should maintain in the AI era, calling for humans to be practitioners and builders rather than just users of AI.

He Xiyujin shared BrainCo's innovative practices in the field of cognitive rehabilitation during the discussion. She stated that BrainCo has been striving to address human cognitive health challenges through cutting-edge brain-computer interface technology, transforming advanced brain science research findings into practical products.

She introduced that the company's latest BrainPower cognitive rehabilitation training system is an innovative solution designed to address the increasingly severe cognitive health challenges worldwide. BrainPower, an innovative product developed by BrainCo specifically for middle-aged and elderly people with cognitive impairments, represents a significant breakthrough in the application of brain-computer interface technology in the healthcare field. The system ingeniously combines cognitive training with brain-computer interface neurofeedback training, offering users personalized cognitive training programs through portable EEG devices and a backend management system. With scientifically-designed training protocols, BrainPower can effectively prevent and improve various cognitive decline issues such as reduced attention, memory loss, impaired judgment, insufficient daily living skills, and language expression difficulties, thereby safeguarding the cognitive health of the middle-aged and elderly population.

In an interview with the media, he stated that the medical application of brain-computer interfaces will take another 3 to 5 years to be approved, and consumer-grade implantable devices will require at least 15 to 20 years. He also added,"The whole world has heard of the 'Six Dragons,' that technological breakthrough showcased an astonishing leap in technology and efficiency improvement, causing a huge stir across the U.S. and making people realize how far China's AI technology has advanced. Our peer, BrainCo, should also be one of the 'Six Dragons.'"ThroughBy participating in the Davos Forum this time, BrainCo has further clarified its position and mission in the global brain science industry. As brain-computer interface technology continues to mature and application scenarios keep expanding, BrainCo will play an increasingly important role in promoting technological advancement and social development for humanity.
