Transseptal puncture is one of the most commonly used techniques for left atrial interventional procedures, widely applied in surgeries such as atrial fibrillation ablation, left atrial appendage closure, and various mitral valve diseases. This rapid puncturing is facilitated by its zero-exchange design, which eliminates the need for guidewire or sheath exchanges.
