Shanghai Children's Welfare Institute and BrainCo Launch Nation’s First Pediatric BCI Rehabilitation Innovation Center

Jiang Xueqin, Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Shanghai Children's Welfare Institute, stated in his speech that,The "Brain-Computer Intelligent Panoramic Training Room" jointly created by the Shanghai Children's Welfare Institute and BrainCo has been officially launched, marking a new phase in their cooperation in the field of intelligent rehabilitation. Since the launch of the "StarBrain Navigation" project, both parties have conducted in-depth exploration into the application of non-invasive brain-computer interface technology in the rehabilitation of children with autism, continuously promoting the transformation of scientific achievements into rehabilitation practices. This collaboration not only injects technological momentum into children's rehabilitation but also provides intelligent, replicable "Shanghai experience" for welfare institutions across China.

The collaboration between the City Children's Welfare Institute and BrainCo in establishing the "Brain-Computer Intelligent Panoramic Training Room" provides more precise intervention methods for children with autism, reflecting the innovative direction of "Technology + Civil Affairs." The District Civil Affairs Bureau will continue to support the regional promotion of such practices, contributing to the development of replicable and implementable service models.
