Lilly's Omvoh (mirikizumab) Receives Health Canada Approval for Crohn's Disease Treatment

Health Canada simultaneously approved Omvoh's new citrate-free subcutaneous injection formulation, which contains the same active ingredients as the original Omvoh.

Eli Lilly and Company stated that in the VIVID-1 clinical trial, Omvoh demonstrated statistically significant and clinically meaningful efficacy across multiple endpoints in patients with moderate to severe active Crohn's disease compared to placebo, achieving both the co-primary composite endpoints and all key secondary endpoints.
