Carvykti(Cilta-cel (generic name: ciltacabtagene autoleucel) is a CAR-T therapy targeting B-cell maturation antigen,For adult patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have previously received treatment regimens including proteasome inhibitors, immunomodulatory agents, and anti-CD38 antibodies, and have experienced disease progression during or after their last treatment.

Carvykti was granted the first CAR-T clinical trial application approval by the China National Medical Products Administration in 2018. Since then, it has conducted clinical trials in multiple countries and regions worldwide, subsequently receiving various designations and approvals. On February 28, 2022, its U.S. marketing application was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration; in May of the same year, the European Commission granted it conditional marketing authorization.
