Recently, BrioHealth Solutions announced the completion of a new round of strategic financing, with a total financing amount exceeding 100 million US dollars. This round of financing was jointly participated by several well-known domestic and international investment institutions. The funds will mainly be used to accelerate product development, expand market layout, and enhance the company's core competitiveness.
 

It is reported that BrioHealth Solutions has long successfully developed China's first implantable ventricular assist device with complete independent intellectual property rights —— CH-VAD. July 21 - Editact, an innovative gene therapy R&D company, recently announced the completion of its Pre-A round of financing. This round was led by the Hong Kong Biotechnology Fund under Shanghai Industrial Capital, with participation from Nan Fung Life Tech, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Fund, and well-known family offices in Hong Kong.
 

Editact is a company focused on innovative gene therapies for Alzheimer's disease. The funds from this financing will be used to develop gene-editing therapies targeting familial Alzheimer's disease.
 

On July 18, it was reported that Chimigen Bio (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. ("Chimigen Bio"), which focuses on the development of innovative therapeutic vaccines, recently announced the official completion of its Pre-A round of financing. This round of financing was oversubscribed, with a total scale of nearly 170 million yuan.
 

Chimigen Bio is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the development of innovative immunotherapies in the two major disease areas of oncology and viral infections. The funds from this round of financing will be used to accelerate the global early clinical development of its core products, SN3001 (a therapeutic vaccine for prostate cancer) and SN2001 (an immunotherapy vaccine for chronic hepatitis B), as well as the upgrade of the R&D center and the continued expansion of subsequent therapeutic cancer vaccine products.
 

June 23rd, Tennr announced the completion of its $101 million Series C financing round. This round was led by IVP, with participation from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz and Lightspeed, bringing the company's valuation to $6.05 billion.
 

Tennr, headquartered in the United States, is a provider of automation solutions for medical institutions. The company's RaeLM model is trained by analyzing over 100 million medical documents, 2.3 billion unique data fields, and 8,000 standards, specifically designed to extract data points required for management to reduce error rates. Additionally, the company has launched the T3 (Transcript Translation Technology) system, which can understand and parse medical call records, converting them into actionable data.
