The proceeds of this offering will be mainly used forAccelerate the advancement of the company's self-developed clinical pipeline in therapeutic areas such as cardiovascular, metabolic, renal, and liver diseases., deepen the innovation and product development of the extrahepatic delivery technology platform, and strengthen the construction of global R&D and industrial capabilities.

Last week, Ribo Life Science announced that its overseas R&D center, Ribo International, had successfully completed a $33 million equity financing. This round of financing was led by the renowned Swedish investor Mr. Erik Salén, with Dr. Jacob Trollfors, CEO of GoCo Science Park in Gothenburg, Sweden, participating as a follower. After the completion of the financing, Mr. Salén joined the board of directors of Ribo International.
