On July 21, 2025, Ribo Life Science announced that it had recently completedOver 200 million RMBA new round of private equity financing. This round of financing was led by Mingxin Capital, with the participation of Kunshan High-Tech Venture Capital, Kunshan Guoke Venture Capital, Chouqin Venture Capital, Panlin Capital, Langma Peak Venture Capital, and Shenzhen Xinchuang Yihuo, among other well-known investment institutions.

The proceeds of this offering will be mainly used forAccelerate the advancement of the company's self-developed clinical pipeline in therapeutic areas such as cardiovascular, metabolic, renal, and liver diseases., deepen the innovation and product development of the extrahepatic delivery technology platform, and strengthen the construction of global R&D and industrial capabilities.

Since its establishment,The company has completed multiple rounds of financing totaling over 1.8 billion RMB.From one of the earliest pioneers in China's small nucleic acid field to a global leader in siRNA therapy, Ribo Life Science has witnessed the vigorous development of small nucleic acid drug research and has accompanied and led the growth of China’s siRNA industry. Last week, Ribo Life Science announced that its overseas R&D center, Ribo International, had successfully completed a $33 million equity financing. This round of financing was led by the renowned Swedish investor Mr. Erik Salén, with Dr. Jacob Trollfors, CEO of GoCo Science Park in Gothenburg, Sweden, participating as a follower. After the completion of the financing, Mr. Salén joined the board of directors of Ribo International. The completion of this financing for Ribo International represents another significant milestone in the globalization efforts of Ribo Life Science, signifying the high recognition by international capital of the global pathway for innovative drugs from China.
